Services
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy facilitates awareness of patterns affecting mental wellness, such as behaviors, thinking habits, nervous system functioning, and interpersonal communication. With the support of the therapist, clients explore and alter patterns that no longer serve them, and adopt more helpful ways to walk through the world.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy applies yoga practices to help clients cultivate inner balance, reduce suffering, and promote wellness in body, energy, and mind. Practices include movement, breath work, and meditation. Yoga therapy is offered to complement psychotherapy. Also, we offer individual and small-group yoga therapy classes, with practices cultivated to meet particular therapeutic goals.
